What’s new and what brings you to Philadelphia?
I’m thrilled to announce that I have joined Sotheby’s Realty as a real estate concierge.  My office is in the incredible city of St. Louis, MO which is where I’m originally from.  Currently I’m on an east coast press tour to talk with folks about real estate, pop culture, travel, and family.

How’s the tour been so far?

So awesome!  I love communicating and connecting with people, especially with aspects of life they are passionate about. Coming from a media background, I am used to chatting and meeting people, but lately it’s been in a nuanced way that I’m beyond thrilled about,

Having spent some time with us in Philadelphia, tell us about your ideal 24 hours here-what’s not to miss if you’re here for just an overnight stay?

I absolutely love Philadelphia. Takeaways: great downtown scene, things happen fast, loved the authentic boutique hotel ambiance, small town sensibility in a big city. Essentials are definitely a lazy morning with coffee and brunch in bed at The Dwight D, lunch at Prunella in the Gayborhood, then shopping in center city. Bar hop down to Oyster House and Harp & Crown, before meeting a friend at Rouge. Indulge at Parc for dinner, then end your night listening to the fabulous singers at Tavern on Camac. I’ll be back soon, City of Brotherly Love!  Check out my Instagram account @meghanking for some pictures of my stay!

Tell us about your experience staying at The Dwight D Hotel from the perspective of a real estate professional, what did you love?
From my palatial accommodations, the timeless & classic Philadelphia design and architecture, the fabulous location in the heart of Rittenhouse, to my hosts Vittoria and Ken, The Dwight D Hotel is an iconic city staple and it was hard to leave!
